Unified Talent Management and Cloud HR platform provider, SEERA, has today been appointed as Lead Sponsor and Judge for the UK Government’s Civil Service Grand Challenge.Bradley Birchall, CEO of SEERA, has also been appointed as one of the Judges to the competition.
The Civil Service Grand Challenge is a competition to see which Civil Service team has harnessed a technological or digital innovation which has significantly improved the public service. Judges will be looking for evidence of:
* collaborative working, both within the Civil Service and outside
* significantly greater impact than could have been achieved otherwise
* evidence of how knowledge from different sources has been used
The Civil Service Grand Challenge provides more than 40,000 public servants the opportunity to participate in the Competition. The prize is a trip to the NASA Science Park in California to take part in Singularity University’s Executive Programme.
