The acquisition is part of Acision’s growth strategy to broaden its reach and capabilities across enterprise and consumer mobile applications and services, enabling it to offer highly-integrated, hosted messaging solutions which meet the most stringent requirements for security, reliability, coverage and throughput necessary today. This acquisition will position Acision as a global leader in secure messaging across key enterprise vertical sectors such as finance, transportation, travel, logistics and telecommunications.
With a proven footprint in secure messaging and analytics, MindMatics Secure Messaging specialises in mobile-based support services, connecting businesses with their customers and employees to enable two-way dialogue via the most personal and confidential mobile communication channel: messaging. The company, which has flourished over the past two years, experiencing c.115% growth, has connectivity with more than 900 mobile operator networks worldwide. It complies with the highest data protection, security and safety standards, which are audited repeatedly for a broad spectrum of application and content-sensitive messaging scenarios. More recently, MindMatics Secure Messaging introduced the “secure” IP messaging client “trustego”, which provides encrypted messaging between applications and the MindMatics backend infrastructure. “trustego” can be white-labelled or provided as an SDK, allowing businesses to embed secure messaging into their own applications and services.
