Members of the National Guild of Removers and Storers must comply with its code of practice, which governs how the company presents quotations, how the client is treated, methods of dealing with complaints, insurance issues, training and vehicle operation. As there are no laws in the UK regarding who can and cannot set up a removal business, being a member of the Guild and the Ombudsman Scheme ensures a company can reassure customers it adheres to strict ethical guidelines. As with all members, Europe Remove will need to pass an annual inspection and a continual quality-monitoring programme.
