The 119th China Import and Export Fair (the Canton Fair) has unveiled multiple special events including an Advertisement Reward for New Buyers (ARNB), a VIP Lounge and a self-service online platform Buyer E-Service Tool (BEST) for global buyers.ARNB is a special offer program whereby new buyers receive coupons after registration. Buyers can either choose 24 lunch and coffee coupons to use at the Fair, or two hotel coupons for room bookings at Starwood hotels and resorts including The Westin Pazhou, The Westin Guangzhou, W Guangzhou, Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel, Four Points By Sheraton Guangzhou Dongpu, Aloft Guangzhou University Park, and Sheraton Grand Guangzhou Huadu Resort.
“ARNB and VIP clubs are key parts of our support service,” said Mr. Liu Quandong, Deputy Director General of Foreign Affairs Office of the Canton Fair. “They are dedicated to offering benefits for our customers. The Canton Fair is more than a trade fair; it is a communication platform for global suppliers and buyers to enjoy the experience of looking for business opportunities and partnerships. Our main aim is to provide an augmented experience not only to our regular buyers but to new friends too.”
The Canton Fair has also introduced a VIP lounge for buyers who have attended the Fair 15 times or more. The lounge offers snacks and drinks, lunch and coffee coupons, services such as free access to seminars, and corporate meet-and-greets.
Via the BEST platform, buyers will also have the chance to apply for invitation and buyer card, search for exhibitor and products, and book interpretation, business and travel services.
Apart from customized services for regular buyers and new participants, the Fair encourages buyers to invite new members via the BEST platform with incentives including five-star hotel accommodations, lunch coupons and Apple Watches.
