Airing on Sunday, December 14, 2009, Oprah Winfrey’s “Christmas at the White House” special revealed Obama’s opinion on his leadership the past eleven months. Obama stated that he deserves a B+ because he believes that, under his leadership, America has stabilized the economy and inherited and dealt with numerous issues, overcoming them. Oprah proceeded to ask Obama that if he deserved a B+, what did he believe he could have done better. Obama responded by speaking about the unsigned and pending healthcare bill, saying that if he succeeds in accomplishing better healthcare, he believes that an A- would be more appropriate.
